IMPORTANT NOTICE
Booking & Session Policies
Retainer and payment
A 30% nonrefundable retainer IS required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
Late arrivals
Please arrive ready to begin at your scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your session time because other sessions may be scheduled afterward. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting me, your session may be canceled and your retainer will not be refunded.
If my schedule allows, I may wait or extend your session for $30 per additional 30 minutes. Additional time is not guaranteed and must be paid before the session continues.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Your retainer may be transferred one time when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Rescheduling within 48 hours or missing your session will require a new retainer. If weather or an emergency of my own prevents the session, we can work together to choose a new date.
Travel
Travel fees may apply depending on the session location, distance and number of locations requested. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed and approved before booking.
Additional people
Your package includes the number of people listed in your booking. Anyone added after booking must be approved before the session and may require a $15 fee per additional person. Larger groups may require additional session time or a different package.
Locations and permits
Clients are responsible for entrance, parking or photography permit fees unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional locations not included in the selected package may require an additional travel or time fee.
Image delivery
All final images are professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery. RAW or unedited images are not provided. The number of delivered images is an estimate and may vary depending on the session.
Editing requests
My standard editing style includes adjustments to lighting, color, cropping, minor distractions, skin smoothing and minor color edits. Extensive retouching, body alterations, object removal or special edits may require an additional fee.
Gallery storage
Please download and safely store your images before the gallery expiration date. Reopening an expired gallery may require a fee.

Before the session
Once you reach out, we’ll talk about your vision and choose the session, date and location that fit you best. I’ll send your booking link where you’ll complete a questionnaire, sign your contract and pay the 30% retainer. The questionnaire helps me learn who’s coming, what you love, what you’re comfortable with and any poses or ideas you want to try!

During the session
Let’s goooo—I’m ready and excited! Expect good music, lots of laughs and sometimes a little walking as we find the best spots. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee and send me your favorite songs beforehand! I’ll guide you through posing, keep things moving naturally and make sure you feel comfortable and confident the entire time.

After the session
After we wrap up, I’ll send you a reminder of when to expect your photos. Then, I’ll carefully select and professionally edit your best images in my signature style. Portrait galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 days and event galleries within 3–4 weeks through a private online gallery where you can view, download and share your golden memories!

How do I book you?
Reach out through the contact form or email with your project details, preferred dates, and location. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, the booking is secured through a signed agreement and deposit payment. From there, we’ll plan everything needed before the session or event.
What’s the best way to inquire about a custom project?
If you’re working on something outside the standard sessions, send over the details through the contact form or email! This can be anything from STUDIOS SESSIONS, STORY TELLING, OR CREATIVE EXPERIENCES. Once I have the basic info like the idea, timing, location, and what you’re looking for, we’ll talk through the direction, coverage, and what makes the most sense for the project.
What if we need to reschedule due to weather?
If the weather doesn’t work for the session, we’ll simply move it to a better day. For outdoor portraits especially, lighting and atmosphere make a huge difference, so I’d always rather wait for the right conditions than force a session that doesn’t feel right. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process and find a new date that works for both of us.
How do you deliver the images?
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery (GOOGLE DRIVE) where you’ll be able to view, download, share, and select your favorite images easily. If you’d like to print any portraits in a larger format, please contact me about this and I can help walk you through the process.
